From the CONTE DEL DRAGO line, our Sauvignon is a pleasant and extremely versatile wine.

It is presented in the glass with a beautiful straw yellow color and slight greenish reflections, the aroma is intense with floral notes that recall broom, fruity notes of citrus, yellow peaches and passion fruit.

The result is a rich, enveloping, fresh and mineral taste.

A wine with a perfect balance. Sauvignon can be combined with fish dishes, especially raw and molluscs, crustaceans and tuna carpaccio, but also with a simple sea bass.

Thanks to its soft taste it is ideal for combining ethnic or particularly spicy dishes.
