CONTE DEL DRAGO: the name of this line of wines derives from a magical and ancient Chinese legend that tells of men who adored and lived together with dragons, which have always been considered a symbol of power, prosperity, abundant harvest, health and good omen.

Our Chardonnay is a unique and authentic wine, with a very pleasant straw yellow color, with aromas that bring us notes of apple and almond blossom and a dry and fine flavor.

Chardonnay is capable of enhancing an infinite number of dishes, although it is ideal for pairing with first courses based on fish, shellfish and aperitifs.

It is also suitable for pairing slightly aged cheeses, dishes prepared with white meats, stuffed pasta first courses (with vegetables, never red meats) and finally to be enjoyed with a nice tray of fresh fruit.
